Working with professionals across boardrooms and leadership teams showed me that talent is rarely the problem.

A couple of people I’ve worked with over the years were/are skilled, experienced, and capable, but somewhere between their ability and their ambition, something gets lost.

They get overlooked for opportunities they are more than qualified for. They leave meetings having said nothing, even when they had the best insight in the room. They work hard, deliver results, yet nobody in the rooms that matter seems to know their name.

That gap, between how good you actually are and how clearly that comes across, is a ‘Presence Gap.’ And it is entirely closeable.

The FACE Framework

FACE Power exists to close it. The work we do is built around a framework I’ve named FACE. Four dimensions, one clear path.

I’m not here to post this content for the sake of it. I’m here because I’ve seen what changes when a professional stops being the best-kept secret in the room and starts showing up with the clarity and presence their ability deserves.
